Our Pricing

How to price shredding?

Pricing for shredding is based primarily on volume. For an accurate quote we need an
estimate of how much you have. The most common measure is the number of boxes
you have. The boxes we use are also known as file boxes or bankers boxes they
measure 10"' x 12" x 15". They are roughly the size of the boxes that paper come in.
They can hold up 30 pounds when full of paper.

For large projects we can work with number of pallets or size of storage area to clean out.

  Regular Pick Up Service?

The executive console shredding bin holds 100 pounds.
This is roughly the volume of three file boxes. Please let
us know how many bins you need and how often you
think will you fill them? We can also help you figure out
your needs if you let us know how many  people are in
  your office.

On-site versus Off-site

On-site mobile shredding is the most secure shredding process.

Our certified drivers pick up confidential materials from your locked containers and
bring them directly to our shredding truck. The hydraulic lift on the truck then raises
the container to the shredder and your confidential information is shredded in minutes.

As an added security feature, all our shredding trucks are equipped with a camera and
portable video monitor system. This allows the customer the opportunity to verify that
all confidential information has indeed been shredded. After the driver brings the truck
back to our plant, the shredded materials are then baled and shipped to a paper mill
for recycling and then further reduced to a liquid pulp.

If your organization requires you to shred on-site our NAID AAA Certified On-Site
Shredding process should be your choice.

Off-site is a semi secure, low-cost alternative to on-site shredding. There are inherent
risks to transporting any secure material and the news media is full of stories of private
company documents being spread on highways due to accidents or driver error.
Although we do not recommend it we do offer an off-site service if clients are only
concerned about price.

Purges are a scheduled one-time shredding event.  When your confidential documents
no longer need to be retained, we can safely shred them on-site at your company
location or storage facility, or at our secure
